Applauding NCL being Conferred Service Quality Award and Trophy

The Executive Yuan 5th Service Quality Award Ceremony was held in the afternoon of the 19th of June at the Convention Hall in Civil Service Development Institute. NCL Director-general, Tseng Shu-Hsien led NCL colleagues to participate and she personally received the Award trophy from Premier Jiang Yi-Huah.

The concerted efforts of the whole NCL staff in making breakthrough through creative innovations, in continually uplifting public service standards, have received praise and recognition from all sectors. 

Having received the highest Service Quality Award from the government is a real achievement for NCL in “Gathering Knowledge, Striving for Excellence, Promoting Culture, Creating Sinology Ripples world-wide”. At the same time, the Award illustrates the synergy effect of “At NCL, Embrace Happiness; an Outstanding NCL, Taiwan’s Happiness”.

Our hearts are full of gratitude and we will try our very best to put into practice what the Vice President expressed in his speech today by emphasizing: “Sincerity, Efficiency, Empathy”. Intensifying full scale quality management, resolutely directing towards excellence, we hope to become a world top level National Library.
