School library collections should be established based on student needs and begin with interviews. Libraries can also refer to the two " Forever Young" book selection bibliographies published jointly by the National Central Library and Taiwan Reading Association, as well as the ISBNnet, Taiwan Publishing News Services (TPS), and other resources, while the National Bibliographic Information Network (NBINet) can provide assistance with classification and cataloging work, helping libraries to build their collections and improve student literacy.
