Deputy director Wei-guo Peng of the Shanghai Municipal Press and Publication Bureau led a delegation of 10 persons acoompanied by Mr. Tsai-Chueh Lin, publisher of Linking Publishing Company, to visit the NCL. They were interested in the digitization and value-add application of rare books. NCL Deputy Director General Ying-mei with the delegation.
