Professor Yi Min He of Sichuan Province Local History Society together with four other persons came to visit the NCL to carry out a documentary research on Sichuan during the Eight Years' War of Resistance. They searched the NCL resources related to their research interest. They visited the Rare Books room and discussed with the NCL colleagues the historical collections and related issues when in 1938, the NCL moved to Chongqing, Sichuan and other places.
