The 《National Central Library Newsletter》published quarterly since April 1969. The newsletter is the only English-language periodical devoted to library news in Taiwan and currently distributed to NCL exchange partners around the world, as well as to libraries throughout Taiwan. Each issue opens a window to Taiwan's library world, with reports on library policies, programs, and events, as well as sections devoted to new publications, NCL visitors, and Chinese studies affairs.
