This NCL Branch Library- Information & Computing Library opens Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and closed on National Holidays and the first Monday of each month.

The Information and Computing Library (ICL) is a branch library of National Central Library. This is a special research library. The collection of this library is specialized in information science. The materials in information and computer science, information technology, computer and information industries, etc. of the National Central Library (NCL) are preserved and provided for use at this library. Users can also access to the databases that subscribed by the NCL at this library.

When a user get into the Taipei Science and Technology Building, he/ she will be asked to deposit a valid Citizen Identification Card or any kind of valid official Identification Card to get a Visitor's Card at the Service Counter at the first floor. Users need to user either the exchanged Visitor's Card or the Library Card of the National Central Library to be admitted to the Library.
