Introduction

Currently, frequent exchanges occur with over eighty countries and six hundred organizations, including national libraries, public libraries, university libraries, special libraries, and academic research institutions.In order to promote Chinese culture and raise the visibility of Taiwan publications, NCL has allocated funds to purchase books and magazines and send them to foreign schools for Chinese children, over seas Chinese organizations, or to Chinese libraries.
