A six-member delegation from the Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province chapter of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles visited the NCL, accompanied by two personnel. The group was led by the chapter director Ma Qinglun. The five other members were writers, calligraphers, and poets. The group was invited to Taiwan by the Chinese Writers' and Artists' Association for cultural exchanges.
