Mr. Jeong Heeseok, Senior Researcher in the Information Analysis Division of the Korean Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), and Mr. Kim Junghoon, Senior Administrator in the Administration Division visited National Central Library to better understand information services at NCL. The Library’s International Publication Exchange Department showed them the E-publication Platform System, National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan, and E-learning Campus.
