Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences Prof. Vitaly Naumkin (left) and Deputy Director Ramazan Daurov (right) visited the NCL accompanied by Secretary Hsu Kuan-huai of the Department of West Asian Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visitors toured the Center for Chinese Studies, Special Collection Division, and Rare Books Room. They also exchanged views on academic cooperation between Taiwan and Russia.
