A five-person group from the Fulbright Program visited the NCL to learn about the Center for Chinese Studies' Research Grant Program to Assist Foreign Scholars in Chinese Studies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' "Taiwan Fellowship." The group also visited the NCL and met with NCL Director-general Karl Min Ku for talks and exchanges.
