Director for international relations at the American Library Association (ALA) Mr. Michael Dowling visited the NCL accompanied by Cornell University Library assistant librarian for strategic cooperation Ms. Xin Li and ALA Secretary-general Peng Wei. The visitors were received by NCL Deputy Director-general Wu Ying-mei. Mr. Dowling was impressed by the NCL's facilities and services and especially praised the library's e-Learning Campus.
