Internationally renowned library and information science scholar Dr. Chen, Ching-Chih of Simmons College and Prof. Su Feng-wen of the Department of Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University joined a meeting at the NCL. The two experts provided invaluable suggestions on the issues of creating a sustainable national collection and service platform for e-publications; large bibliographic database systems; and bibliography backbone core management.
