2010.09.28. A four-person group from the administration department of the National Library Board (NLB) Singapore visited the NCL for exchanges, led by department director Zhang Piling. The visitors were warmly received by NCL Director-general Karl Min Ku and NCL Deputy Director-general Wu Ying-mei.
