2010.10.15. A four-person delegation from the Shanghai Library led by Director Lu Jian of the Editing Department for the National Periodical Index of the Shanghai Library visited the NCL. During the visit, the group listened to briefings on the NCL's Taiwan Dissertation Knowledge Added-value Service and Taiwan Periodical Index System Added-value Service.
